Just what are they...?

Info: They have no face. No, they are not a result of me being too lazy, but instead are the servants who do most of the actual work around the place. They can't speak and don't communate with the guests much - and quite honestly, they're creepy to come across - but they can be seen doing their own thing in the background every so often.
